My confidence, like, WOW! The concept of centering myself was transformative. It empowered me to actively decide what I want, what brings me joy, and what my purpose is. I now constantly ask myself these questions and use the answers as my guiding principles.
The entire week I marveled at the intentionality in fostering a space that supports women and our individual needs. In seven days, i disrupted my routine for how to eat, move, think, and trusted the process guiding me to healing. I am filled with gratitude for all of it.
The retreat provided the opportunity to be present in paradise, dig deep and find the pieces of myself that matter in my leadership. I feel more proud to be a woman working to create better opportunities for the next generation.
This program will positively impact my leadership and how I interact with others for the rest of my life. This learning is instrumental to help create the world we need and want.

The ability to slow down and focus on myself — and nothing else — was incredibly powerful. I had space to reflect on parts of my childhood I had suppressed and start unpacking how they show up in my leadership. What first seemed like a long retreat became exactly what I needed: time for healing, reflection, and growth.
One of the main takeaways from the retreat is that we all deserve rest. And I promise, the world won’t fall apart if you give yourself that gift. If you come with an open heart, you’ll walk away with insights that create space for healing and growth as a leader.
This retreat helped me disentangle from the hurt and harm in workplaces, and gain tools and understanding to lean in towards leadership that I believe we all have innately. I now see leadership and liberation together. I’m in an abundance space with my job search, family and community now.
I am a better human in everything I do because of this experience and the amazing benefits continue to ripple through my life.
The retreat was HUGE for me to recognize my leadership style under stress and what I need to shift.
Understanding what I may be unintentionally passing on to others as a leader was really valuable. This retreat gave me tools to help lead with compassion instead of fear.
I have already recommended this program and said that the benefit is ultimately the ability to know yourself better so that you can become a better leader.
Understanding how my patterns impact my leadership has been powerful. Through self-reflection and healing, I’ve come to see how appreciation plays a key role in effective leadership.
I loved the spaciousness of the design and the time it afforded for real rest and to find our own flow. After this program, I think I will be braver, bolder, less afraid, and also softer, more tender, less defended.
I discovered the power of discharging pent-up emotions and stress to make clearer, more intentional decisions. This practice is key for maintaining emotional health and clarity in leadership.
This retreat helped me become more available to others by being thoughtful about the words I choose. I’m learning how to ask for help and delegate responsibilities in ways that truly share the load.
The connections and community building were the most valuable parts of the retreat. I’m finding ways to let go of caretaking and understand more about how I show up in leadership.

Perfection. It truly was a magical place. I am so honored to be able to stay in such a majestic, caring setting. Beautiful!
The location was beautiful, and every part of the retreat felt intentionally designed to support healing. It was a delicious opportunity to care for myself.

Nanci and Melissa's dedication, expertise, lived experience, and passion were apparent throughout the program, and it truly made a difference in my experience. Nanci's vulnerability, paired with insightful guidance laid the foundation to creating a container to hold all of us safely, amazing! Melissa's empowering support and thoughtfulness created a nurturing and impactful environment for growth and learning.
Your partnership and allyship are inspiring and revolutionary! Whether in leading us, thinking together, about you and the group, supporting each other and the group. It's such a great contradiction and example of female leaders backing each other to lead meaningful, impactful and big lives that are both similar and different.

We're all in this really dark political moment and it feels really hopeless and really isolating. Nanci, you showed up as the leader that we all need and you held up this mirror that we can be that leader too. Thank you for thinking about the whole picture, our personal histories, how we carry pain, how it hurts other people, and then reminding us not to keep spreading that toxicity and that we can go back as the leaders that we really want to be by coming back to ourselves. I really feel like we have the tools to see what's possible.
Amel, I loved how present you were, how willing and available you were to share your experience. You're really, really here with us. I feel the love and the skillful care that you've clearly cultivated as part of who you are. I'm so grateful to be a recipient of it and I love you.
