LODGING & ACCOMMODATIONS

Accommodations must be booked directly with Mar de Jade and are not included in your LJIST registration fee. More details for making your reservation will be sent in your registration confirmation email.

CANCELLATION POLICY

LJIST's registration fee is non-refundable.

Before March 1, 2025, you can transfer your registration to another participant, or the funds can be transferred to the next year (limit 1 year extension).

March 1, 2025 and Later: Cancellations are non-transferrable and non-refundable.

MEDIA & LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE
